As I’m sure you’ve heard, the U.S. women’s soccer team (who recently won the World Cup) are being honored today with a ticker-tape parade through lower Manhattan. Can’t attend? No worries, your New York stations have you covered.
First up, WNYW‘s Good Day New York is being broadcast live from 1 Bowling Green, the start of the parade route. Hosts Rosanna Scotto and Greg Kelly will cover the event from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.
At 12 p.m., anchor Ernie Anastos and business reporter Alison Morris will continue parade coverage, with help from reporters Duke Castiglione, Tina Cervasio and Antwan Lewis, who will provide coverage from the street through the end of the festivities.
WABC has anchors Sade Baderinwa and Rob Powers covering the parade from City Hall, where the players will be given the keys to the city.
Meanwhile, Vivian Lee is reporting live from Bowling Green for NY 1.
WNBC also have live coverage from City Hall, with Bruce Beck, Darlene Rodriguez and Michael Gargiulo.
WPIX is live from Battery Park to City Hall with Sukanya Krishnan, Tamsen Fadal and reporter Lisa Mateo.
