Destiny McKeiver is joining WJXT in Jacksonville, Fla., in September as a mobile journalist.
“As many of you know, I have been in Texas for two years now,” McKeiver wrote on her Facebook page. “It’s been quite the journey…Thank you CBS 19 for taking me in & for making me a better journalist!”

McKeiver comes from KYTX in Tyler, Texas. Before that, she worked at KTVO in Kirksville, Mo.
