Microsoft is putting Local TV on its XBOX One gaming consoles.
The tech giant says it has partnered with Hauppauge to put an over-the-air tuner in its XBOX One. “Support for over-the-air TV on Xbox One means access to broadcast networks available in your area, like CBS, FOX, NBC, and PBS, with no subscription cost,” said Microsoft.

The preview program started in April. The initial version costs &79.99 and an HDTV antenna. Microsoft said it will release a cheaper version in the next few months.
