WFAA reporter Jenny Doren has quite a story to tell. She had an epic shift on Texas storm coverage, followed immediately by, well, childbirth.
As WFAA news director Carolyn Mungo explained in an email to staff: “After getting up at 1am, doing countless morning live shots in the pouring rain, (including the noon show) Jenny Doren got stuck in traffic on the way back to the station. Oh..and she went into labor. In the live truck.”
Madison Hailey Doren weighed in at 5 pounds, 7 ounces. Mom and baby are healthy, perhaps a bit tired.
