23956724_bg1Dallas ABC affiliate WFAA recently lost its weekend morning meteorologist Julie Bologna. She left the station last month to spend more time with her family and to concentrate on her real estate business.

It looks like WFAA found Bologna’s replacement pretty quickly. News director Carolyn Mungo confirms to Uncle Barky’s Bytes that Wes Houx has been named as Bologna’s replacement.

Houx was previously a meteorologist at KCEN, the NBC affiliate in Temple, Texas.
