As KHOU introduced new evening anchor Lisa Hernandez this week, the Belo station also debuted a new set.
KHOU has been aggressively promoting the arrival of Hernandez–who is replacing Lucy Noland after seven years at KABC–with a series of TV spots and a module on its homepage inviting viewers to Like her on Facebook. After rolling out the red carpet for Hernandez, it only seems fitting that KHOU would also build a new anchor desk. The above video shows Hernandez anchoring from the shiny new set.
