WCNC Shifts Talent Around

By Stephanie Tsoflias Siegel

WCNC investigative reporter, Mark Boyle, will take on an anchor role at the Charlotte station.

In a station memo, station vice president and general manager, Deborah Collura, made the announcement about Boyle, who will continue to report for the NBC affiliate’s investigative team. She also discussed other moves.

Congratulations to Mark Boyle who takes the reign as anchor on our Saturday morning newscasts. In addition to anchoring, Mark will remain an integral part of The Defenders Investigative Team.

Also, congratulations to Michelle Boudin, who is thrilled to be going part-time with us. Michelle has been with WCNC for 11 years! Her new schedule allows her to still contribute to our Defenders Team, but also frees up time for her to work with non-profits and tell inspiring stories that go beyond just the news.

And as always, a big thank you to each and every one of you for your hard work, innovative thinking and team spirit.

Boyle joined the station in 2015. Prior to that he worked at WFTV in Orlando and KPRC in in Houston.
