WABC honored Lisa Colagrossi at the New York ABC flagship’s headquarters today. Colagrossi died one year shortly after doing a live shot.
Colagrassi’s husband and two sons where on hand as WABC GM Dave Davis unveiled her portrait.
“Today her photo was unveiled in our newsroom,” wrote WABC anchor Liz Cho on twitter. “She is missed everyday.”

Colagrossi and her photographer had just finished a live shot when she said she didn’t feel right. She was rushed to the hospital where it was determined she had a catastrophic brain aneurysm. Colagrossi joined WABC in 2001 as a morning reporter.
