It’s hard to know exactly what went wrong here as WXIN reporter Ann Keil flubbed her delivery during a segment on domestic violence, which aired during the Fox-affiliate’s (late) 10 p.m. newscast on Tuesday (video above).
Since Keil appears to completely bail on her stand-up, it’s possible that the station played the wrong take during it’s newscast–the look on anchor Fanchon Stinger’s face after the gaffe certainly expresses some confusion.
