Tim Ingram has been named vice president and general manager of KFVS, the CBS-affiliate serving Southeastern Missouri, Raycom Media announced. Ingram replaces Mike Smythe, who recently retired after 11 years with the station.
“Following Mike Smythe at KFVS is a huge undertaking,” Ingram said in a statement. “He is a legend in our company and in our industry and leaves immense shoes to fill.”
Ingram joins KFVS after four years as general manager at KAIT, the Raycom-owned ABC-affiliate in Jonesboro, AR. Until a replacement for him is named, he will serve in both roles.
