Tess Koppelman is leaving Kansas City Fox affiliate WDAF to be a full-time mother, Bottom Line Communications reports.
“It was a tough decision but like any good journalist I did my research and all the stay at home moms and dads I talked to said it was the best decision they ever made,” Koppelman told Bottom Line. “So I’m looking forward to this new adventure, and then see what the next one will be.”
Koppelman has been a general assignment reporter at WDAF since 2001. She previously worked at KOLN-KGIN in Lincoln, Neb. and KMSP in Minneapolis-St. Paul.
