TEGNA employees will soon see a thank you in the form of an extra $400 in their checks.
TEGNA president and CEO Gracia Martore wished employees a happy holiday season and new year after telling them they’d see the money in their next check.
“TEGNA has made terrific progress since becoming a separate company six months ago and we are primed for great things in 2016 and beyond,” wrote Martore. “But we won’t be able to do it without you. As you’ve heard me say before, you, our employees, are our greatest resource. What each of you does every day matters and is critically important to our continued success.”
