Stefan Holt to Join WNBC as Anchor

By Kevin Eck

Stefan Holt is joining New York NBC-owned station WNBC as the anchor of its soon-to-be launched 4 p.m news.

Holt will come over from NBC-owned Chicago station WMAQ where he is the co-anchor of its morning and midday newscasts in mid-April.

“Stefan is a hard-working, smart and highly curious journalist who takes his responsibility to viewers very seriously,” said Susan Sullivan, WNBC vp of news. “He’s also a caring person and a thoughtful colleague with an unbelievable ability to connect, which is exactly the kind of person we want to attract to our newsroom. We are proud to welcome him to our NBC 4 team.”
