South Bend Anchor Tells Viewers Why He’s Been MIA

Brian Dorman, anchor at WBND in South Bend, Ind., used social media to tell viewers where’s he’s been the last few weeks.

“A few of you have wondered where I’ve been,” wrote Dorman on his facebook page.”You may or may not know that I’ve had voice problems for a while. During the past few weeks, the problem took me to the point where it really hurt to talk. I was advised by my doctors to rest it for my voice to heal.”

Dorman says he won’t need surgery and that he’ll be back on-air for the ABC affiliate on Monday. He finished by telling viewers, “See you soon!”
