SNL Imagines TV News in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin; Accents Even

By Chris Ariens

Fond du Lac, Wis., sits on the southern edge of Green Bay TV market. But Saturday Night Live wonders what TV news in Fond du Lac might look like, and it’s pretty much what you might imagine.

Later, in Weekend Update, Vanessa Bayer tries to interview a 110-year-old woman.

And, later, the hosts of public access show Inside SoCal, Kyle Mooney and Beck Bennett, send Jonah Hill on an investigation:

The cold open of the show featured Beck Bennett playing CNN’s Jake Tapper covering Super Tuesday, including Donald Trump (Darrell Hammond) and Hillary Clinton (Kate McKinnon), Ted Cruz and (Taran Killam) Mitt Romney (Jason Sudeikis).
