Sheila Obermeyer Named WKRC Creative Services Director

Cincinnati CBS affiliate WKRC has named Sheila Obermeyer as creative services director.

“I’m so pleased to have someone of Sheila’s ability and reputation join us,” WKRC GM Jon Lawhead said in a statement. “Her work has always been outstanding and will take our group of stations to another promotional level.”

This will be Obermeyer’s second time with WKRC. She originally began working there in 1992, leaving in 2002 to work at cross-town rival ABC affiliate WCPO as creative services director. She has also worked at KOVR and KXTV in Sacramento, CA, and WKOW in Madison, WI.
