WTVF weekend anchor and reporter Shannon Royster signed off the Nashville CBS affiliate Thursday night.
“Shannon we’re going to miss you, thanks for everything,” said anchor Vicki Yates. There was cake in the newsroom, and many well-wishes from colleagues for the Akron native and die-hard Cavs fan.
Royster, who joined WTVF in 2012 as weekend anchor and reporter, is headed for a main anchor job in Savannah. She was previously primary anchor at KSLA in Shreveport.
