Cleveland NBC affiliate WKYC has named Sara Shookman anchor of its 6 and 11 p.m. newscasts.
“Sara is a superstar,” said WKYC anchor and managing editor Russ Mitchell. “A fantastic reporter who has effortlessly brought her skills to the desk. I’m proud to now officially call her partner.”
Shookman started working at WKYC in 2012.
