Rochester Anchor Changes Stations, Is Named Managing Editor

Adam Chodak has been named anchor and managing editor at Rochester, N.Y. CBS affiliate WROC.

Chodak comes from Rochester’s ABC affiliate WHAM. He starts Sunday, July 5.

“I am enormously grateful for this opportunity,” Chodak wrote on his facebook page. “The team there crackles with personality while remaining committed to sound journalism.”

“We are looking forward to having Adam’s journalistic skills and hometown knowledge as they will be a welcome asset to the Team You Can Trust,” said news director Constance Howard. “We are all looking forward to working with him.”

Chodak has also worked at Time Warner Cable News in Syracuse, N.Y., WLVI in Boston, Mass. and KUSA in Denver, Colo.
