Rob Morrison Pleads Guilty, Agrees to Attend Violence Education Program

By Merrill Knox

Former WCBS anchor Rob Morrison has pleaded guilty to second-degree threatening and disorderly conduct charges stemming from a domestic dispute with his wife, CBS MoneyWatch anchor Ashley Morrison.

Morrison, appearing in court earlier this week, declined to enter a plea for the third charge he faces, a felony strangulation charge, according to the Darien Times. He has repeatedly said he did not attempt to choke his wife.

Morrison has agreed to participate in a Family Violence Education Program. He is next scheduled to appear in court on August 14.
