Newsrooms in Philadelphia and Boston continued to cover the Eagles vs. Patriots through social media Sunday night.

During tonight’s game, NBC 10 Philadelphia anchor Erin Coleman took the pulse of the newsroom during the game. She showed off the game day spread and anxiety.

“What are you eating tonight? Pizza? Wings?” she asked viewers.

FOX 29 Good Day Philadelphia anchors Mike Jerrick and Alex Holley drove around the city prior to the game hunting for pole greasers.

“We’re doing this because the first one went viral,” Holley said.

WHDH sports reporter Chelsi McDonald posted a photo of the station’s entire sports team in the press box prior to kick off.

Stations in both markets have launched crews to Minneapolis to cover the Super Bowl. Facebook videos leading up to tonight’s game have allowed reporters and anchors to give viewers the full story leading up to the big game.
