Patrick Bell is leaving Des Moines CBS affiliate KCCI, the Des Moines Register reports. Bell has accepted a public relations job at John Deere Financial in Johnston, Iowa.
Bell, a reporter at KCCI, joined the station in 2010 from WBNS in Columbus, where he was a reporter and anchor. He began his career as an intern at WLFI in West Lafayette, Ind., where he was promoted to main anchor just weeks after his internship began, according to his online bio.
