WAGA reporter Portia Bruner has been cleared to return to work.
TVSpy reported in November when a mysterious illness affected her speech and forced her seek medical attention.
“Breaking News!!! Our prayers have been answered. After 3 months off the air, I’m coming back…better, wiser and stronger than ever! And yes, we finally figured out what caused the disfluencies in my speech pattern. So grateful for the test that God turned into a testimony!” she said on her Facebook page.

Bruner worked with speech therapists and various doctors over the course of three months. They ruled out a stroke.
She joined the Fox station in Atlanta in 2003.
