Paula Ebben Moved to Evenings as Part of WBZ Anchor Shuffle

By Kevin Eck

Longtime WBZ morning anchor Paula Ebben (pictured center) will move from mornings to the 5 p.m. news for the Boston CBS owned station, beginning Monday.

Ebben, who had anchored the morning show for eight years, said her goodbyes to viewers on air this morning. You can watch the video of her farewell after the jump. Ebben will join co-anchor Jonathan Elias at 5 p.m. and also report for the station.

WBZ made some more anchor changes on the eve of the February book. Kerry Connolly (pictured right) will move from weekend mornings to anchor the weekday 4:30 to 7:00 a.m. show with David Wade. Kate Merrill (pictured left), who currently anchors the 10 p.m. news for sister station WSBK (MyTV), will replaced Kerry on weekend mornings.
