Orlando anchor Bob Frier has told viewers he will take time off to be with his wife, who has been diagnosed with breast cancer.
“I need to share something with all of you… something I’ve been reticent to tell you about, mainly because it’s personal and affects the woman I love more than anyone in the world. Earlier this summer my wife, Karen, was diagnosed with breast cancer. Of course it came as a shock, but she’s been very brave about it and together we’ve tried to prepare for what’s coming,” Frier wrote on Facebook.
Frier anchors prime time newscasts for Fox-owned WOFL.
