Venise Toussaint joins KSNV in Las Vegas as a general assignment reporter. She most recently worked at YNN in Middletown, N.Y.
Nina Carter joins KFYR in Bismarck, where she will be a reporter and anchor. She previously was a freelance reporter at WPBN in Traverse City, Mich.
Toussaint and Carter are represented by Mort Meisner Associates.
