Jacob Winchell has been named local sales manager for KHBS-KHOG in Fort Smith, Ark. Winchell was most recently local sales manager at KQDS in Duluth, Minn.
Ben Wilcox has joined WENY in Elmira, N.Y., as anchor, reporter and producer of the 11 p.m. newscast. Wilcox is a recent graduate of the University of Hartford.
