Cameron Taylor has joined WATE in Knoxville as a reporter. Previously, Taylor worked at WJHG in Panama City Beach, Fla.

Dustin Wilson moves from KTHV in Little Rock to WCNC in Charlotte. In his new role, he will be a reporter and multimedia journalist.
