Justin Stapleton has been named weekend meteorologist at KPRC in Houston. He previously worked at KEZI in Eugene, Ore., where he was chief meteorologist.
Chris Stanford joins KAKE in Wichita, Kan., as main anchor. He comes from KMOV in St. Louis, where he was an anchor/reporter.
