Nexstar Names GM of Evansville Station

Curt Molander has been named vp and gm of Nexstar’s Evansville, Ind., ABC affiliate WEHT. He’s also in charge of the station’s digital and mobile assets and CW affiliate WTVW since it has an outsourcing agreement with Mission Broadcasting.

According to his LinkedIn page, Molander comes from Comcast Spotlight, where he’s been working as an account executive. He was gm of WJHG-WECP in Panama City, Fla., before that and has worked as national sales manager at WMTV in Madison, Wis. He’s also worked as national account executive at Petry Television in Chicago, Illinois and account executive at WKOW in Madison, Wis., and WIFR and WREX in Rockford, Ill.
