More Local Stations Sign Up for CBS All Access Live Streaming

CBS says 13 more local station groups have signed up for its live streaming service CBS All Access.

The signing of Bahakel Communications, Block Communications, Capitol Broadcasting, Cox Media Group, Draper Holdings, Ft. Myers Broadcasting, Griffin Communications LLC, Meridian Media, Midwest Television, Mt. Mansfield Television, News-Press & Gazette Company, Schurz Communications and West Virginia Media Holdings brings the live streaming and video on demand service’s coverage to 64 percent of US Households.

“The addition of these 13 affiliate groups underscores the tremendous momentum we have in building CBS All Access, and reflects the strong partnership between CBS and our CBS affiliates,” said Ray Hopkins, president of CBS’ Television Networks Distribution. “We look forward to adding more affiliates in the coming months, as we continue to grow the carriage of CBS local stations in their markets with this new direct-to-consumer service nationwide.”
