Lance Hill, meteorologist for WDJT, has been on medical leave from the Milwaukee CBS affiliate since November.
Milwaukee media writer Duane Dudek says sources tell him Hill is recovering from a stroke.
Hill’s absence has been noticed and commented on by viewers and members of the local broadcast community.

“The station is working with me and they’ve been great … basically telling me whatever time you need you take it.”
Hill’s been at WDJT since 2011. Before that he worked at ABC affiliate WISN and freelanced at NBC affiliate WTMJ.
