Mike LaCrosse has been promoted to the weekend anchor at Providence ABC affiliate WLNE. “Mike has strong investigative skills and a knack for compelling story telling. He’s an excellent addition to our weekend team,” said Nic Moye, WLNE’s news director.
LaCrosse joined the station in 2013 as a photojournalist, after working at WGGB in Springfield, MA:
“I am honored and excited to be joining Meteorologist Chelsea Priest and sports anchor Nick Coit on the ABC6 News weekend team. It’ll be a real privilege to bring the people of southern New England what they need to know to get through their hectic weekends,” said LaCrosse.
