This morning, in an exclusive interview with Tribune-owned WJW, GOP candidate Mike Huckabee gave the Fox-affiliate his reaction to The Donald getting so much time during the debate.
“In fact during the first hour,” said Huckabee. “I was going to say to the host, ‘Hey guys. I’m going to go get a sandwich and when you decide you need me, page me and I’ll come back into the arena.'”
Huckabee added, “I mean clearly Donald Trump was the story last night. I get that.”
