danny treanorVeteran meteorologist Danny Treanor is returning to Orlando television as a freelance meteorologist for WKMG, the Orlando Sentinel’s Hal Boedeker reports:

The invitation to fill in at WKMG was welcome, Treanor said, because he has been friends with chief meteorologist Tom Sorrells for nearly 15 years.

“We live in the same area of town and attend the same church,” Treanor said. “Additionally, I have many friends and former co-workers at Local 6, including Lisa Bell and Julie Broughton, along with producers and photographers.” Treanor called it “a treat to be working with some wonderful friends.”
