Tampa ABC affiliate WFTS was covering the flooding in Tampa with a live shot of what was happening on the street.
As with any natural disaster involving a live shot, the eccentrics came out to revel in the splendor of nature.
One guy caught a fish. The anchors weren’t sure if this was legal or not.
