Philadelphia FOX owned station WTXF has named Lucy Noland evening anchor.
“Lucy is one of the smartest anchors I’ve ever worked with,” Jim Driscoll, WTXF VP and news director said in a statement. “She brings an energy and passion for storytelling that I believe will truly resonate with our viewers.”
Last week, WTXF evening anchor Kerry Barrett was moved to mornings. Noland will anchor the station’s 5:00, 6:00 and 10:00 p.m. newscasts.
Noland last worked as an anchor at KNBC in Los Angeles. She has also worked at KHOU in Houston, FOX’s owned stations in New York (WNYW) and Detroit (WJBK), KIMO in Anchorage, AK, KFSN in Frenso, CA, and KGO in San Francisco, and KJEO in Fresno.
