Lisa Remillard Signs Off From KTNV

By Kevin Eck

Morning and midday anchor Lisa Remillard said an on-air goodbye to viewers and her colleagues this morning on Las Vegas ABC affiliate KTNV.

Remillard told TVSpy, “It has been a wonderful 4.5 years in Vegas and I have loved my coworkers and the wonderful people of Las Vegas.”

“It’s been a morning of fighting back tears,” said Beth Fisher with co-anchor Casey Smith, meteorologist Mike Tsolinas and traffic reporter Micah Manalo in the final segment of the station’s 6:00 a.m. newscast. After all the anchors said their farewells, Manalo added “It’s going to be different here in the studio.”

Remillard wouldn’t tell TVSpy where she was going, instead she asked us to follow her on twitter to find out.

Before working at KTNV, Remillard worked at WTXL in Tallahasee, FL and WFTS in Tampa.
