Police arrested Mark Nalbone, the general manager at KTWO KGWC in Casper, Wy., for DUI following a station fundraiser this weekend.

According to a report on rival KCWY, Nalbone was picked up after a three-car crash that involved former KCWY general manager Peggy Porter.

Nalbone said he drank two glasses of wine at the ABC affiliate’s “Dancing with the Stars of Casper” fundraiser, according to KCWY anchor Zach Pagano’s report Monday:

Officers report Nalbone’s breath smelling of alcohol and his eyes bloodshot and glassy. Police gave Nalbone a field sobriety test at the scene of the crash then tested his blood alcohol content, which clocked in at .14, almost twice the legal limit.

Porter, who was the general manager at NBC affiliate KCWY for ten years before leaving in August, was treated at the Wyoming Medical Center and later released. According to KCWY, she says “she suffered from whiplash and is still sore.”

>Update: a KTWO-AM report identifies Nalbone as the general manager of CBS affiliate KGWC and a consultant for ABC affiliate KTWO and Fox affiliate KFNB. A station source in Casper tells TVSpy, “He is allegedly only a ‘consultant’ to [KTWO], but he runs it along with the Fox, CW, and CBS operations.”
