Yvonne Lewis, a weekend anchor and reporter for Tulsa’s KTUL, has decided to leave the world of TV news. According to an article in Tulsa World, the newswoman doesn’t know what she’s going to do next.
“I’m like a blank canvas. I have surrendered to God and am allowing Him to complete His masterpiece,” Lewis said. “I will say this is definitely a faith walk.”
Lewis had been at the ABC affiliate for 28 years. Her last on-air appearance will be sometime in September. A replacement has yet to be announced.
