Morning anchor Heather Turco (left) and noon anchor Krista Fogelsong (right) are swapping schedules at WBBH, the NBC-affiliate in Fort Myers, according to the News-Press.
Beginning this week, Fogelsong, who joined the station earlier this month and has been anchoring the noon newscast, will take over alongside Clay Miller on the 5, 6 and 11 a.m. newscasts. She replaces Turco, who will move to the noon and 4 p.m. anchor spot.
“These two moves create a commanding level of experience in news anchor teams across every day part,” news director Darrel Lieze-Adams said in a statement. “Our viewers will only benefit from our depth of experience throughout the day.”
