In two separate live shots, Oklahoma City ABC affiliate KOCO caught two tornadoes as they were forming yesterday.
Storm chaser Chris Sanner caught one developing as he drove towards it, allowing meteorologist Damon Lane to warn viewers of the tornadoes approach.
At one point Sanner was about half a mile from the tornado. Click here to view the video.

In another instance, storm chaser Lawrence McEwen caught what Lane called an elephant trunk tornado forming.
KOCO reports two people died Monday evening from tornadoes.
