Alexis Smith is joining San Francisco ABC-owned station KGO as its morning traffic anchor.
Smith comes from KIRO in Seattle where she’s been a traffic reporter since May 2013.
Bay Area media blogger Rich Lieberman, who first reported the news, says Smith replaces Sue Hall who has been filling in temporarily. A KGO spokesperson told TVSpy Smith starts in July.

She started her career in radio and has worked in Detroit, Kalamazoo, San Antonio and Dallas, where she worked at WFAA.
