Kellie Patterson Leaving WCNC

WCNC morning anchor Kellie Patterson will be leaving the Charlotte, NC, NBC affiliate at the end of the week.

Patterson told TVSpy, ” I have been offered a great opportunity elsewhere and I look forward to getting started.” She added she would be able to give more detail “in the next few days.”

Before coming to WCNC in August 2010, Patterson worked at KENS in San Antonio, TX. She has also been a contestant on the CBS show “The Amazing Race.”
