Denver Fox affiliate KDVR and Entercom Radio Denver have teamed up to bring the Tribune-owned station’s weather forecasts to the radio.

“We believe the Pinpoint Weather team is the best in the market – day in and day out. So, it’s great that they will now have an extended audience through our partnership with Entercom,” said Joan Barrett, vp and GM of KDVR and KWGN. “It’s our chance to serve more viewers in our community with both daily weather and critical storm coverage.”

Starting today, Entercom’s 99.5 The Mountain, Alice 105.9, KS 107.5, Comedy 103. 1 and Crusin’ 1430 will air forecasts from KDVR’s meteorologists throughout the day.

“It’s a great partnership that fits our goal of providing FOX31 Pinpoint Weather forecasts via television, social media, kdvr.com, our apps and now on radio,” said KDVR chief meteorologist Dave Fraser. “We will now be able to reach people on the go and around the clock.”
