Katie Ferrell has been hired by Columbus, Ohio NBC affiliate WCMH as co-anchor of the morning and noon news.
Ferrell comes from WDAF in Kansas City, Mo. where she was the weekend morning anchor. She’s also worked at KHAS in Hastings, Neb. and KOMU in Columbia, Mo.
The Columbus Dispatch reports, she’ll join Mike Jackson in early August.
