Joe Chiodo has been named morning anchor for Kansas City CBS affiliate KCTV.
Chiodo will start in his new role on Tuesday, October 25. He’s been anchoring the station’s 4 p.m. newscast and replaces Rob Finnerty who left the station last week.
“Joe has played a big part in our success on the 4p newscast,” news director Scott Levy wrote in an email to staffers obtained by TVSpy.

He worked at WOWT in Omaha for nearly three years before joining KCTV in March.
