Yes, we know the the Kansas City Royals had their sporting way with the San Francisco Giants in game six of the World Series last night. But Monday, the morning after game five, Kansas City FOX affiliate WDAF put it out there that they know who’s going to be crowned 2014 World Series champs. Either that, or someone ran the wrong spot.
The station ran a Dick’s Sporting Goods ad congratulating the Royals on winning the Fall Classic during its morning news. “Congratulations!” the spot said. “Your Royals are the 2014 World Series Champions!”
