Justin Wilfon is joining Atlanta ABC affiliate WSB on Monday, Sept. 12.
“Excited to say we’re taking that midnight train to Georgia, where I’ve accepted a weekend evening anchor position at WSB in Atlanta,” Wilfon wrote on his Facebook page. “While the chance to join such a legendary station is a dream come true, it’s also bittersweet. I’ve absolutely loved working at 41 Action News, and Kansas City has been a great home for our family.”
Wilfon, who will be the weekend anchor at WSB, started at KSHB in Kansas City in September 2014 as anchor of The Now. He’s also worked in Washington, Louisville, Ky., and Tulsa, Oklahoma.
