Chase Shannon is joining Wichita, Kansas ABC affiliate KAKE as sports director.
Shannon comes from KLRT in Little Rock, Arkansas where he’s worked since September 2105.
“Chase has done a great job for us on the sports desk as well as telling memorable stories,” KLRT assistant news director Ernie Paulson told the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette. “We appreciate that he came into work each day with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.”

He started his career at KTEN in Sherman, Texas.
